Staffing and Family Outreach
Aiming to contribute to the development and improvement in the quality of life of our employees, we have an academic training program that provides the opportunity for our employees and their families to study in the within company grounds. This program offers elementary education, technical degrees, university careers, postgraduate courses and English classes.
Sacos offers medical coverage with an in-grounds clinic open to our general staff, employees and their families, offering general medical advice and covering occupational health hazards. We also provide counseling services on various topics including family planning, psychological treatments, support aid for specialized and severe chronic diseases, medication assistance, etcetera, and organize an annual Health Fair where medical exams and diagnostics are available, some offered free of charge and others at minimal cost to the patient.
Environment
In Sacos Agroindustriales we manage a program to save resources such as water and electricity, with management indicators that detail the savings that are generated. We also take care of the responsible management of solid waste by a recycling system, which allows the reincorporation of by-products into other productive processes, with the aim of conserving order and cleanliness and ultimately helping the environment.
Community
We have social assistance programs in place to help local municipal governments in handling emergencies due to natural disasters. We also aid in social development programs that seek to improve the quality of life in the surrounding communities.
